- Pull down the Tools menu and select Internet Options
- Select the General tab sheet
- Type www.twp.allegheny.pa.us in the Address box
- Click the OK button

- Pull down the Edit menu and select Preferences
- Select the Navigator category
- Under Navigator starts with, select Home Page
- Under Home page, type www.twp.allegheny.pa.us in the Location box
- Click the OK button
